• Our Team has combined over 30 years experience in Information Technology, and Supply Chain management fields. We conduct procedure gap analysis, process improvements,  Business Impact, cyber security procedures, software specifications and implementations. Our team has certificates in Certified Professional in Supply Management & Supplier Diversity and can leverage best practices from others in the discipline. We have experience leading various projects from major capital projects and special smaller projects.   We also have experience with large volume spends for some of the largest companies in the world. Our team also has experience in global sourcing and  in change management.

• We have an experience supply chain personnel that is experience in the areas of  Strategic sourcing, Purchasing, Risk analysis, contract administration, process improvements, Cost control, Quality control, & managing/ tracking KPI’s.  Our team has certifications from the Institute of Supply Management being a Certified Professional in Supply Management & Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity. Our teams IT & Cyber Security experience is in areas of compliance, implementation, risk management.
